Working principle
　　 The so-called vacuum drying, the material is dried under vacuum conditions, heating and drying. If use vacuum to pump air and humidity, it is to speed up the drying rate.
　　 Note: If using a condenser. Material in the solvent may be recovered through a condenser, as the solvent is water, condensor, energy saving investment.
Features
◎The boiling point of the material under vacuum of the solution. The evaporator heat transfer driving force increases. For a certain amount of heat transfer can save evaporator heat transfer area.
◎Heat source for operation of evaporation may be low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
◎Evaporator heat loss.
◎Before drying, can be disinfected, the drying process without any impurities into the dirt, in line with GMP requirements.
◎It is a static vacuum dryer. It will not damage the body dry materials.
Adapt materials
　　Applies easily decomposed at high temperature, low temperature polymerization and deterioration of heat-sensitive materials dry; are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronics and other industries.
